• Suits 450mm joist centres
• Sufficient gapping must be left for drainage and slight thermal expansion:
– Width to Width > min 5mm
– End to End > 3mm to 5mm
– Abutting solid objects > 6mm to 13mm
• A minimum of 38mm gap beneath boards is necessary to facilitate air flow
• Board is grooved both sides so can be installed with hidden fastening system
• Hidden fastener system leaves a neat finish free of screw holes
• Minimal ongoing maintenance
