We aim to deliver all orders within 3-7 working days (Monday to Friday) after your order is received. These times exclude our end of year closure period and delivery times - see below. these time frames also exclude any custom orders like gates and gate posts or custom panels.( 5-10 working days is the average delivery time) If we cannot achieve our delivery time frame, we will notify you asap. If we ever fail to deliver in a reasonable time frame (20 working days) you may cancel your order and receive a full refund - see further details in Shipping and returns.
